Itanagar, 21 October, 2022: A military helicopter crashed on Friday close to Singging hamlet in the Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, 25 kilometres from the Tuting headquarters.

According to the Defence PRO in Guwahati, an Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) crashed this morning at 10:40 am in the Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.

Jummar Basar, the Upper Siang Police Superintendent, told ANI over the phone, “The accident scene is not connected by a road. All other information is expected, and a rescue squad has been dispatched. “

On October 5 of this year, a Cheetah helicopter crashed near Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, claiming the life of an Indian Army pilot.
